About your session

Yoga Therapy aims to alleviate physical and mental tensions by promoting self healing and encouraging a sense of wellbeing. In carefully chosen yoga postures, we develop awareness of the body through internal sensing. As we explore the poses in a relaxed way and become aware of the breath and the earth below our feet, we can begin to let go of contracted muscles and can find a sense of relief from accumulated tensions at the level of the body and the mind.

Karen has worked with people with varied health conditions. She enjoys creating lessons for people that support them to find their way to improved health.

Yoga Therapy Co offers one to one yoga therapy in person and on Zoom.

You can choose an hour lesson for £45.00

Each lesson is created for you and can be recorded so you can practice in your own time as well.

Firstly to see if yoga practice would help rehabilitate a painful left knee joint caused by a torn meniscus, and secondly a desire to improve my range of movement.
