“Karen's yoga is gentle, caring and very focused. I love the way she gives us her full attention. She has a good eye for our personal needs and capabilities. Moving from the spine is core to her approach and by doing that it helps me to feel more centred. I come away from yoga feeling relaxed and more in touch with my body.”
